Systems thinking / Coaching mindset
What we do
AI-assisted development rapidly went from a joke to a must — having the tools however isn't the same as seeing the results. Many teams make the investment and find the delivery pipeline lags in reflecting it.
Local optimizations often shift the problem rather than solve it. Automated security fixes can flood a code review process never built for that much flow — slowing the fixes automation was meant to accelerate. Without accounting for the whole system, and the people in it, solutions risk creating new constraints faster than they remove old ones, even when using AI assistance.
We work alongside teams, embedded close to the work, while keeping the full value stream in view. Applying a coaching mindset to collaboration means teams surface and own their solutions rather than having process imposed on them. How you build the system and how you build the team aren't separate questions — and that's usually the most interesting place to start.
About Us
Patrick Fiaux — Founder
I'm a software engineer, systems thinker, ICF member coach and inventor. That combination matters: I can diagnose a system constraint and help a team move through it — without imposing process or losing the people in the solution. I've accelerated release cycles in multi-stakeholder environments, scaled developer platforms, handled hardware-software testing automation pipelines, and worked across startups and enterprise.
